All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Orders placed on Fridays-Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the receipt of payment verification. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. To ensure your package is properly delivered and you receive your package within the time frame.

WE UNDERSTAND ITEMS MAY NOT FIT AND YOU MAY NEED A SMALLER OR LARGER SIZE. WE ASK YOU MAIL IT BACK ASAP IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE CREDIT.
TRS wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not fit you may return it within 5 days of the date it was received. Store credit codes are issued for the amount spent on your item(s). Please keep in mind store credit codes cannot be combined with any other discount codes. Store credit codes are good for one year and do not cover shipping costs. Once your return parcel is received, please allow 72 hours processing time for our team to send your store credit code via email. Your return must be unused and in all original packaging. We will not accept returned merchandise that appears worn or dirty. Please ship your return merchandise using a shipping method that you can track. We do not take responsibility for packages we did not ship. All items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. NO Exceptions!
Customers are responsible for RETURN/EXCHANGE shipping unless the order was filled in error.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
All Sales items are considered Final Sale. Please understand you must sign for your package in order for it to be delivered. If the package is delivered without your signature, any loss is the responsibility of USPS.
